JONATH OCHS is a multi-facetted artist dedicated to thrifty sewing, creative portraits & earnest song writing!
He has over 8 years of experience at creative nonprofits that specialize in secondhand materials including Seattle Recreative, SCRAP Portland, Goodwill Boutique & ReClaim It.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Photography from the University of New Mexico.
He is a self taught sewist receiving most of his education on YouTube, Google, textbooks & the instructions on sewing patterns.
He is a classically trained violinist who can also carry a tune on the piano & ukulele. He is currently learning the banjo.
He is the proud cat dad to Beans.
He believes everyone is creative & should have easy access to creative materials.
